2) No icons will contain dates, so do not request them.

3) No icons will be made using Screen Names, so do not request them.

4) Before you request an icon, run a search to make sure that the name is not already supported.
-If a name is already supported, do not fill out the form.

5) Only make your request ONCE.

6) It may take up to 2 weeks for requests to be added to the database. Please be patient.
